Suggestion - Weekly Special Offers
Hey there,
First I was thinking about doing special offers on my own for my comission stuff but then I thought: why not ask the other artists and all the people interested in our art about their opinion?
So what is this I am talking about, weekly special offers?
Well, I realized there are some items on my wishlist I really wanted to have and in order to get those I would even offer a little discount, or, as I thought further: these "special offers".
For example:
I'm longing for a Frostspunflower, but since it's a really small item no one could pay a commission with only that. So what I would offer now would be something like a rough bust-up sketch.
Another idea would be something like, I'd really like to have a Hellwing mount, price on CH is 100k at the broker, for a full body commission I usually take 120k, but since I really love that mount and want to have it as soon as possible I could offer a full body commission for that one as a special offer.
So that would be the idea I thought about. Special offers. If anyone likes my idea we could create a discussion for these special offers so artists interested in offering something like that could open a slot there .

I would also note that: it really makes more sense to open another thread for the special offers or limited time offers only, and then do the deal/more talking on the artist's own commission thread, the reason being: Edit too much and your thread/comment goes poof.
This way you can keep it organized, AND the advertisement is quick enough: it will show up as a new unread reply on the thread when an offer comes.
for example, personally if i'm offered an item from my wishlist that i really want and it's worth 140k, and they want a half body which i priced 170k, i'd take it.
also, some artists just add new comments to their own thread as a way to bump them and let people know there's a discount or something of the like. thus not needing to make a new thread or make too many edits on their thread~
