What happened to the Dapper Vampir's Hat?

I've been away from the game for several months, and today I tried to buy a tiny hat (the Dapper Vampir's Hat) from the Fed Bill shop, but it's not there anymore! D:

Was it intentionally removed? If it was, is there any other way to obtain it, or will there ever be again? I dunno what I'd do without my adorable tiny hats!

    It was removed when they redid some elements of the federation bills store.

    If i remember correctly, it was added to the Federation Bill merchant.

    EDIT: My mistake, i thought isaw it earlier today there, but i confuse it with the top hat. I do not know where it went now, probably a ninja removal from EME.

    Yes, it was added to the Fed Bill shop a while ago, but it's not there anymore. Maybe it got removed when all the other reputation-based items were added? (the Popo hats, gilded feathers, etc that come from reputation credit shops)

    I answered part of my own question though, there's still a quest to make them from Meruma (Hands of Velika) in Velika. EDIT: Quest requires an item from Nexus rep merchants... lol.

    I was mostly wondering if it was intentionally removed or if it was a mistake and we can expect it back anytime soon(ish). Thanks for the responses Zok and Catatonic.
