Those post make the idea that you can pay to get events so that's why I am asking for.
Anyway you already ignored what I have said in another thread about this and went straight to call me white knight when you don't even care if I agree or not with people complaing.
So I will refresh your memory, several months back I said you don't need to pay to get the right to complain but some people main objective is not even complain but to get at EME or whoever that doesn't have the same opinion as them.
I am pretty sure that was more easy to call another person white knight overlooking the fact that you don't pay to get what you say you paid to get.

well if i remember i said we pay so we have the right to complaint when the service suck and off course you are the first to jump on me, so it is why you are white knight, anyway elite players pay for service and i am pretty sure they expected some nice events and not to be insulted by enmasse, we dont ask a 365 days 24h/24 events, we just ask some nice events for special time, for exemple christmas, valentine day, tera anniversary i dont think we ask too much and since 2 years enmasse was unable to do that, so us the cow milk we complaint about that
Also they ended the current lag caused by the event, but there will always be lag issues and we will definitely see it in the future since this is an online game, especially given BHS' track record and the fact EmE's hamsters aren't fed enough or were fed too much and are just too fat to spin the wheel.
Buying elite or buying costumes =/= paying for events or "something else nice" aside from the thing you are paying for.
I think Margareth made a well made example abaout quality of service and quality of product.
If you pay for something and that doesn't meet a quality standar by law you are entitled to get a refund, if you pay for something in a public bussiness where service is part of the fee you are paying and that doesn't meet a quality standar by law you are entitled to get a refund.
Aside from that if the service is not of your liking then why you should spent money on the game? That only lead to think that you are satisfied with what you have paid for if you keep spending money.
You can call me whatever you want but it is obvious you came here in this forum to get at EME or another people that doesnt think as you think and trow the "I have paid to get better services", "I expect to get events I like for the money I paid", those are really ridiculous arguments on a game that is FREE TO PLAY.
As the model implies you don't have to pay a cent to be able to play because the SERVICE is FREE and you DON'T PAY FOR IT.
It's not like people who've spent a lot of money on this game therefore have "more right" to complain about the overall service (except, obviously, related to the specific things they paid for).
But similarly, it's not like people who have spent $0 on this game should just have to shut up and take whatever they can get (and be grateful!)
At the end of the day, people need to be constructive in their criticism and keep things in perspective, but how much money they have or haven't spent on TERA doesn't matter.

i spent money on this game, because before i was happy or expected a improvment, i never said i will alway do that, but thanks to convince me to stop to spend money on tera
we support this free to play so we have the right to ask good service and complaint when the quality decrease and event is one of the service, off course they have the right to remove this service and we have the right to complaint when they do that
without us this model will bankrupt and tera would gone since long time ago, so the free2play we support it with our $, now thanks to ask to the customer to stop to spend $ on tera we will see how many time tera will stay open without customers
And yet you still are confused, I never said you don't have rights to complain, anyway you even avoid the fact about what you said in this thread but I is a good start to open you eyes and stop doing something that doesn't satisfy you.
And about customers, do you know that a costumer that keep complaining in the wrong way hurts a bussiness more than anything?
Believe me, I have kicked customers from my bussiness and even neglected service to those who likes to trow at me tantrums for silly reasons and believe me that the bussiness are doing better than ever.
There is a diference to have a complain from a costumer about something reasonable and in a proper manner, where I have fired people for neglecting their activities or doing them in a way that should not be, I have accepted complains from customers when the quality of product is not satisfactory and if that issue need to be scalated to my providers I do, I even changed providers due to customers feedback.
But having a customer that tries to step over my employees integrity and shouting in a disrespectful manner because a minor issue has made me kick out those customers and even calling the police when they refuse to leave the building.
Sadly here over the internet anonimity protects people that likes to abuse because they won't receive proper punishment for their actions and sadly internet on-line games, specially small companies, are always the ones to loss the most because of those deviants.
If bussiness were to give up on "customers" complains ever then believe me that no bussiness will be able to be bussiness at all, because the amount of ridiculous complains people likes to trown mindlessly.
I am pretty sure that is not only the players, also EME staff have said in the past (Tonka if anyone rememebers) how frustrating was to pass feedback and being neglected to get answers to questions, fixes to issues.
Being tied from hands and feet feels really bad when you don't have the power to fix even issues that may look small.

you kicked your customers before or after they pay you ? or did you refund them before to kick them ? because from what i see tera is not really in good shape and bhs and enmasse give more reasons to be unhappy with them than happy with them, we already gave our reason why tera quality has decreased with time

well if i remember enmasse can still ban people, they are free to do this with all their customers or 50% of their customers if it made them happy, so we will just say bye and go elsewhere when this day will come

And about those customers, obviously a kicked them after they paid because their behaviour made need of such action. So far I haven't loss a sue because I take precautions when dealing with "angry" customers. Because we can record video and audio when dealing with another person these days fortunately.

So far most of the events we had these last years were liked for many people as also were disliked for a good amount, that doesn't make Tera anyworse on quality at all. However this specific event looks like something handed by BHS to publishers to try it at the same time but it just happened to have code issues that were not showing at Korea.
And if anything EME had managed this event in a good way, they heard feedback from players, were trying to find the issue before to not shutdown it and give a compensation for it to every player. Something that I don't rememeber in the old days when servers crashed on event days. Yes server crashed since Tera arrived at NA (since it was created better said) and you can see complains from 2012 to 2015 also about that.
What is the problem is what you should answer, I already told you that giving money to them won't make you anymore important than others and everyone that plays Tera can complain about issues in game. To make it funny, those who even don't play and keep saying the quit playing long ago keeps coming to forums to complain.

2016 and before enmasse was able to made good party to celebrate special time
off course i dont blame only enmasse bhs is more guilty than enmasse, but since 2016 gameforge are better than enmasse, so it broke my heart to see that

This christmass I concur with you, it was nothing compared to previous christmast events and I am pretty sure that the one in charge at that moment may have thought WinTera was the event, no that thing excuse EME at all.
This one was for February 2017 http://tera.enmasse.com/news/posts/kyra-s-pop-up-potion-shack-is-back--2, quite enjoyable for many as for others they were complaining about the catalysts amount you got from HM dungeons. But overall was an event playable for most of the players that time. Issues? Yes there were but nothing that big to make the event worthless or not enjoyable for many people.

Now if you want me to do the same as you, basically since Minea and Tonka left the game your post in forums have been nothing else but bitterness against new crew, naggin or in a melancolic way of something that never were a thing but your state of mind made you believe it was.
As I said, from 3 years up to this days more than half of your post on forums are about your bitterness or naggin against EME crew because your idols left them game and it was no more fun for your.
