Easy Brokerage Question

This should be an easy question, but I don't see it specifically mentioned anywhere. In the brokerage how do we know if a costume will work for our race\class\gender?
I just want to be sure before making an expensive mistake. Some costumes are obvious like "Elin SWAT Uniform" would not work for a High Elf, but if it just says "Swat uniform" does that mean any race/gender? Also what about smart boxes?

    Hi Melethainiel
The way to know if certain costumes are gender/race/class locked is if it says it in the item description that pops up when you hover your mouse over the item.
If nothing is specified, it probably would be assumed it is for everybody. You can Ctrl + Right Click an item in the broker to preview what it will look like on your character.

Smart boxes will automatically provide you with a costume that works for your character.
