And not with active players. What do we do? Of course they have to use high animation attacks, and when there's over 5, it gets a bit annoying.

The biggest problem is that the non active players usually auto attack and use rain of arrows/arcane barrage/etc whenever without back crit or any decent gear so their dps is very low but the bams do get increased HP/Endurance/Crit Resit/Etc with each player in the area so the bams get tougher meaning that the bams are harder to kill because of the extra stats but also the enrage timers are screwed up completely making us to spend much more time doing something that we should not do it ( i am truly annoyed to have to spend 30% more time making me to do something that i should not do ).
And the truly sad and frustrating situation is that some genius decided to make the guardian zone extremely large so we literally have to go three kilometers away to be able to switch channels to run back AND wait for the introduction so we have TO either deal with the non active players and waste time or run around and wait for introduction to waste time not being able to fight straight on. And it is even more amazing when low level players are questing in the area unknowingly making the bams harder to be killed due to stats being boosted and also enrage timers being screwed up.
Who the hell came up with this system and why do we have to struggle once more?
Also, i am pretty sure that i have tested this enough and instead of getting 3.5 boxes per five minutes with my brawler.. I was actually going down to 2.5 per five minutes ( it must be connected with the enrage as well because we do significantly less damage if the boss does not enrage as much depending on the dps ).. And it might not look like a biggie but what if i tried hard to min/max my brawler to improve my efficiency just to get gimped like that simply because some characters in the area are mostly auto attacking? For example.. What if i farmed 225k to get the 2.0 crit power dragon for the extra damage just to see that the said bonus gets denied in a very indirect way since i am doing less damage than what i should considering that the enrage gets reduced...
Anyway, i think that we should be allowed to freely switch channels whenever out of combat without having to run back and forth all the time for each mission.
p.s. it really sucks for enrage when you have 85% done and other two players have the rest of 15%

To answer both at once: Using a skill means you don't get afk-kicked.
Using an AoE skill to clear the mobs that spawn while the event zone is gone means you don't get knocked around.
Then just tape down whatever button activated that skill and there you go. I'm pretty sure someone can write a bot that does that without blocking your computer, but the idea is simple.
Hell I came up with that when i was chatting with someone on my phone but didn't want to get kicked, I just hit some button every now and then.
Sure you only get 1/4th of the points, but at 0% of the effort. Now why people don't do that on the upper channels as to not bother anyone and don't get reported I don't understand.
Well, you obviously can't read well or seem to not understand what is going on. Yes, if you switch to an empty channel, you have to start the quest from the beginning. I clearly explained that, so maybe just read what you're quoting rather than calling people names.
Maybe because they just stand in one spot the entire time and do the same attack at the same intervals consistently. Also, they stand in the same spot doing consistent interval skills for most of the day or night. Now, if they were sitting at their computer, I highly doubt they'd be consistently counting down each time they hit the skill key.
Do you really need that much educating on this topic? If so, maybe don't reply to issues you obviously don't have a clue on. Oh, and yes, it's apparent that people that are doing the above would be mad over this topic. However, they're the ones not smart enough to go to a higher channel. Instead, they all hang out on channel 1 and 2 in a big cluster on the blue section.
My point is (which I've already stated) is that it's very time consuming for us players that don't use an exploit to have to teleport to the area and then have to switch channels leaving us less than 3 minutes to do a 5 minute quest. I get that you don't care about me or other players like me, but I care, which is why I made the post. When you start the quest so late, you don't end up with access to the last 2 minutes, which give the highest amount of points. Instead, it just cuts off when the time runs out.
Yes, I get there is nothing to be done. Heaven forbid certain people actually go into the game once a week to see the cluster of folks hanging out. No, not sure what I was thinking. Shame on me.
You may even re-start the quest, OK, but you don't lose your contribution anyway, which in my view at least, is the most important part. Unless, that is, you can't even finish your 1st daily Guardian Mission thingy for the 600G in Velika.
Yes, they are botting. Either manually or scripted, whatever, they're NOT trying to make the quest in any way, they literally stand in the same place doing some random attack every few seconds to not get AFK kicked. It's very evident since they never ever bother trying to move to the different colors, just stand there on some position that is bound to give them some contribution. You may argue it's a victimless crime, which I frankly agree (unless it's some swarm of bots spamming attacks nonstop killing FPS), but nonetheless it's not allowed. Doesn't bother me in any way but I'm also not fond of people exploiting things regardless. It's on a totally different level from BGs and dungeons where you DO need actual teamwork to get the task done/win it. On Vanguard you may as well never complete the quest and still get credits all the time. Happens with me and my terrible DPS.
Also, I would agree that yes, it's an annoyance that YOU have to move out because of bots. It should be the other way around at the very least. I don't think it's nearly a critical situation but still whenever possible, the team could get a look at it.
