Change SSNM
Note: I'm talking pretty much entirely about instance matching here.
The long and short of this is that SSNM has a hard DPS check immediately on the first boss that 80% of IMS groups I join can't clear. It's extremely frustrating as a healer to lose instance locks to DPS that can't break shields, that after failing to break the shield and being ressed, still can't break them and wipe a second, third, fourth... however many goddess' blessings I feel inclined to throw at it. It's not very rewarding to preform my role perfectly, never get hit by a laser, always destroy the pillars and yet be unable to advance past the first boss because I literally cannot heal people through oneshots. In short the ilvl requirement on the dungeon is too low to ensure party success. It's possible to complete the dungeon with that minimum ilvl, with a skilled and coordinated group (aka something you will never have in IMS) but the bar is too high for 5 random people.
Why do IMS groups not get some sort of buff to compensate for their innately lesser coordination, skill, and dungeon preparedness? I'm not being rude here. When you make a group of people from your own server its very easy to inspect applicants and weed out people with improper rolls / crystals, or people who aren't skilled in the dungeons but in IMS you get any random person who meets an arbitrary item level requirement. That's not a bad thing, everyone should have an opportunity to experience content but why isn't IMS content tuned to the players who use IMS? Other MMOs have systems where when you join a random cross server party you get a buff or the dungeon gets a nerf (or both) because - duh - obviously when working with a random mix of people some will be a bit subpar especially in a game like Tera where two enraged boss monster rolls versus two attack speed rolls is the difference between a shield broken and a party wiped.
I mean for me personally there are plenty of workarounds, I can just queue with a DPS friend, or just exclusively make or join groups on my own server. But why does IMS even exist in such a flawed state where your only hope of clearing a dungeon is that you will be randomly placed with players good enough to clear the content? It sounds mean but I honestly feel like a lot of the players in IMS are the ones who are not capable of clearing the content. The players groups pass over immediately after an inspection for whatever reason, so they join IMS and it just serves to waste their time and the time of their group members. It's frustrating for all parties involved.

2nd boss is easy. 3rd boss is just mechanism.
But, the first boss, some group can't break the shield and gets wipe over and over.
People who gets 1 shot by the laser, they just need to get some +HP options. Laser hits 100k HP. As long as people over 100k HP, will survive from the laser.
IMS for really most dungeons is usually not the best, you either get lucky or not. The only good thing is if it's a good tank/healer and maybe 1 dps queue together, most times it may be a good party. But queue alone with self or one person, never know what to get.
Just don't IMS? LFG isn't that hard.
The problem isn't how IMS is set up. It works the exact same way without issue in other games. The average player here just sucks. Put a group of those in a dungeon and you're not gonna clear it.
And regarding IMS queuing: Dont soloq 4 star dungeons or higher except you want a hard time with randoms and probably losing your dungeon entry.
+ on this. LFG it. Be more selective. A healer of your caliber if what you describe is right should be able to assemble a party.
There is an easy fix. It's called running with friends and guildmates, or LFGing.
Take this as the signal it's meant to be... It's time to make a network of people who are active and are reliable, experienced or not, and play Tera how it's meant to be played. Find a guild with similar goals, make some friends. You need teamwork, and IMS doesn't breed that.
