Opened it and I got nothing from it,no scrolls or crafters potion


edit- I thought I opened it when it shows the animation of it opening, but it was in my bank my bad

    You should send a support ticket. Your picture don't tell us nothing at all about what happened but support can look into you logs and if you really got nothing from them they can solve you issue.
