RK Highlight apply to RKE?

The news post only says RKH, not sure if that includes RKE or not. Could I get a confirmation from someone?

    It applies as you have to enter HM dungeon to be able to do either (HM or EM).

    So, EM will get the same rewards as HM.

    It should apply to rke since the event should activate the moment you engage the first or last boss fight. I think.

    RKE is RKHM, only last boss has an alternate fight mode but is essentially the same instance.

    HM/EM reward should be better to make it more rewarding to run harder content. It takes like 2-4x longer to clear RKHM depending on your party and not many people can clear RKHM. RKNM is a cakewalk and the time you finish one RKHM you can already do 4x RKNM.
