Does anyone know the spawn time for this guy? I swear he's never up. I've tried after server resets and everything. How long does he take to spawn? Once a server? :^)

    He spawns once then never respawns. You have to get him directly after a server maint ends.

    Well, if you are from CH, I killed the one on channel 2 today right after maintenance. I needed the achievement.

    The respawn timer for that world boss is broken so it will only respawn with a server reset, meaning after a server crashes or after maintenance.

    since 2015 pactches ( gunner ) humeras average respawn was 7 days ( im no sure if this change since wb respawn timer was severe nerfed in lv 68 )
