    Tier 1 IoD BAMs drops them fairly frequently.

    Even the sickly BAMs drop them if you don't want to waste daily vangards. The sickly ones die faster too.

    Frost Giants in the northern area above Habere, on your way toward Ebon Tower. Any level 58 and above BAM drops chunks of 10.

    farm sickly bams on Island of Dawn so you dont consume your vanguard missions up.
