What are all the master glyphs for Slayer?

I have been wondering for sometime what are all the hidden master glyphs for Slayer?
I am asking this because I am sure you can't buy all the glyphs with the tokens from IOD, I'm sure they aren't all listed and you have to RNG it from boxes?
I have a friend who plays Slayer and he has a glyph that I haven't got and I've nearly bought every glyph from the store except the 60% OH chance reset, his glyph in his screenshot for Overhand that gives you 3% of your hp back cost 1 less glyph than my current one, his cost 3 and mine costs 4 but I couldn't find it anywhere.
So are there some glyphs that are hidden and you got to RNG it and can anyone list me them all?

You need to use tokens you got from Vanguard Request while leveling from 58-60 and 60-65.
You can buy a token glyph and with that you can buy those tokens.
I've checked those, didn't have the glyph and I have them all from there anyway.
You can buy all the glyphs with tokens.
Unlock tokens with token glyphs from level 58-65 vanguard rewards and from IoD tokens you will get improvements to them.
There are not hidden glyphs, You can get all tokens for all races from those tokens. Another way to farm gylphs that you get from IoD are from Guardian Request Merchants but those are the same as IoD tokens.

This isn't right. All glyphs are obtainable from a non-RNG method, though they cost much more of their respective tokens than if you buy RNG boxes to try to get them.
I've had all glyphs for all classes prior to the gear-revamp patch, so I didn't really take note of which IOD tokens allow you to buy rare glyphs directly, but iirc only high-tier bam tokens can.
And because of this, there isn't a need to list any glyphs for you, since none of them are completely RNG.
