Ingame store and welcome message not working

It doesn't want to open ingame. Had this problem for like 3 days now.

    Clicking "TERA Store" button ingame, nothing happens at all. As if the button does nothing. Been experiencing this since around 2am this morning.

    Welcome message isn't working or coming up when I log on either.. Must be connected to the store issue. I can't even access the store in the dressing room.

    Yes it is. I don't close my launcher or anything.

    First, use the launcher repair tool. If still no luck, reinstall. TBH, you shouldn't even hesitate to do that. It would've only taken a few hours and you would've been back to playing normally by now.

    Try clear your web browser cache n image or restart pc before think of reinstall?

    Well, the forum isn't a preferential support queue... At this point, something's interfering, so you should probably try a selective startup and disabling any overlays or other programs, but if not... hopefully support will know. Or, worst case, you may just have to use the store on the website.

    Clearing cache didn't do anything either.
  • I have talked to a GM and he said to take out any modifications you might have made to the Tera files or use the file fixer in tools. If this isn't working then re-install.
