Corsairs 20v20 abuse for jackpot

Now that we have leaderboards back, they can serve to expose anyone who is abusing the jackpots in team skyring and corsairs 20 man. If you don't understand this, if you have enough accounts to multilog on, you can rig the match for yourself and win. This is what was happening in team 3s, and with enough clients open, you can do this for corsairs as well. So why take off team 3s when it was being abused in corsairs?
Fix the jackpot days for March and re-add Skyring in, since we have a way to see people who force pop team 3s to win jackpots. Also, obviously ban every acc that's involved in the corsairs 20v20 rigging on both servers (TR and AV).

A simple fix (probably out of EME's hands) but something like: you can only gain/lose rating on the jackpot days.
Why would gaining rating be the issue..? There's almost going to be no possible fix except handle it by reports. And since we can actually report stuff like this now it's not an issue.
