How to report a player from another server?
RANT BELOW.
I just had probably the worst run in this game yet; and that's saying quite a bit as I've been playing several years on and off by now.
I was running through Lilith's Keep where two other players (one tank and one dps) were just eating all of the mechanics.
On the horse we had several circles in the middle; really cutting it close.
I proceeded to inform him that I wouldn't babysit him if he kept eating mechanics- as he would then be more of a disturbance than actually helpful; to which he got absolutely insanely mad and said I needed to get grabbed.
Once we started fighting the spider he and his friend proceeded to just eat the wax mechanic so the dps; aswell as him had to stand in wax puddles. He made no attempt to relocate the boss and proceeded to just stand in the middle. I told him to reposition several times to which I was told I was an unskilled mystic since hey "you can't move the boss" :^)
When he eventually decided to move to the edge the boss moved too. Funny how that works huh.
He proceeded to eat every single mechanic; not escaping the heavy damaging, slow af, red circle despite being cleansed and them and then flamed me some more. And since he was just standing around typing that means he ate MORE mechanics to which he had to use his hp recovery ability which is "on a whole hour cooldown". (I mean he could've used a pot but who even cares to bring those to dungeons anymore :^) and I got [filtered] for that too.
Before we crossed the bridge to Lilith he and his friend stopped and he proceeded to hurl insults in chat, refusing to proceed, and repeatedly initiated kicks until the rest of the party had to agree; which is understandable since they just want to finish the boss; and he couldn't be kicked cause his friend just voted "no" every single time.

This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable but unfortunately he wasn't on the same server as I and I didn't get to report him in game- so now how do I go about this.
The ENMasse support regarding 'report function' just refers to reporting them in game; which isn't an option.
So now what? How do I go about actually filing a report? Or does he just get away with this- cause that seems quite daft.

report only work for cheating, exploit or something like racism insult or harassement
I can assure you that he said plenty of things that would constitute as harrassment
I had a problem like this, you cannot in game report however, I filed a help ticket and sent screenshots and the player responsible got banned.
come on man, harassement it is you are in the same server than the dude and you know where the dude is and you go there and spam bad thing to him with greeting or spam trading with him just to annoying him
If you have the original screenshot, I would submit that to support and inform them of what happened.
make sure to do SS everytime you get something that doesnt fit into normal gameplay or communication..
but tbh usually i dont compain over such issues you listed in this thread to us. (i see that you probably have more pic of unapropriate behavior so its only up to you).I only report if there was pointing into dmg with links (or not but in agressive form), way too much bad words or pure sh*tstorm. i mean ofc we're all humans but better try to not be like princess too. its bad to speak that way but people with weak mind have to play tetris better imo or learn to spit on some small things.
Though he is right in a way if you look at the chat log. Because LKNM is so easy that dps/tank facetank every mechanic because the damage is low that healers can easily heal them no problem.

How am I supposed to know his server- that's something I can only know if he and I share servers in the first place, no?
On your second part I do agree, but this guy showed some of the worst behavior I have yet to see in Tera- duoing with a friend knowing he could then not be punished for whatever he spewed
It is not rude of me to say that I'm not going to babysit him; that's me saying that if he's going to try to make my work as difficult as humanly possible I won't be healing him. It's one thing to facetank and chuck HP potions to compensate for that facetanking- it's another to facetank every mechanic; spamming every key on the keyboard as if there aren't 4 other people in the party who's hp also matters.
Right- as I said before it's one thing if only one person walks into every red circle they can find without utilizing iframes- but if you do that knowing that other people in the party- who might not be as well geared as you- are at low HP you only have yourself to blame if you facetank and end up dying because you didn't pay attention to anything other than the big numbers on the screen :^)
