Try running repair, because I think it's just you that's crashing.

    same thing for me
  • same also from california and have comcast. crashing nonstop.
  • It seems that, as seems to happen too often, it's a routing problem on the way in to the server. The second half of this FAQ has the instructions on how to do the traceroute, and it might pinpoint the problem... but my guess is going to be Zayo inbound to Chicago, as usual...

Comcast routing to EME servers seems to be broken.

Woah, I started crashing as soon as I load up thegame as well. Thanks for that link, counterpoint. I am also in California and am using Comcast, and I don't think it's just the Zayo servers... I did a trace route and it seems that one of the hops between Santa Clara and Great Oaks has timed out. Other than that, all of the traces to Zayo other than the first one are all in the range of 60-90ms, not sure if that's normal.

Ah, it seems to trace properly now, and it ended up being some Comcast route at Sunnyvale...

Yep, I just started up the game and everything is back to normal. The trace at Sunnyvale was originally timing out and I bet that was causing all these crashes, since it's no longer timing out. I guess it wasn't Zayo afterall.

I too have comcast, but from Florida..
Seems like it's a comcast only problem.

    Yep...again...and right as i started a 10-man raid run...

And it's the exact same part from Comcast, and again nothing to do with Zayo...

Started again too. Definitely has to do with Comcast. :expressionless:

Yup, same here. Can't even stay online for a minute without it crashing. ISP is also Comcast.
  • I guess it's time to switch internet services...
  • This is really terrible, and I wonder why it's only affecting TERA and nothing else...

Did this fix itself yet, or is it still an issue for you guys? I can't check right now and I'm curious.

It got fixed a while ago for me, probably around the time of your post. But sadly I know it's going to come back soon...
