Guilds level up?
Hey I haven't played tera in a looooong time. since shortly after it went f2p on pc. I'm playing on ps4 with some friends now and we made a guild. All I can find is old guild info for various patch versions of the pc game. so does anyone know what info I can use?
I'd like to know how to be able to use the guild bank and what this leveling thing in the guild is.

1: babk and all else are being treated as perks as you level up the guild. Or. 2: its locked until the 3 when it goes ftp for everyone im on ps4
