I hope all the Founderspack Rewards are fixed sooner.
I expect a little compensation for the Elite Founders Pack.

  • Yea I just checked as of now Friday night, and I still dont have access to any elite status items. I stopped playing at lvl 40 since I am so annoyed with the lack of customer service

    If your Elite status still isn't activated, then I would contact Support. I think in general the issues were all fixed, but there may still be exceptions for whatever reason.

    Just to make sure... do be sure to completely close and restart the game to make sure it reflects the latest status, and also note that the Elite Status items are only accessible from the Elite status menu item (not Item Claim, etc.).

    Easter Sunday and Good Friday are messing with business hours. Basically they'll not be in office/answering anything/working on anything from 5pm PDT USA on Thursday the 29 until 8 AM PDT on Monday the 2nd
  • I have the same issue i recibe all the other items but i dont have the elite active i sent a ticket on wednesdays but havent got a response yet
