Are what I've read to be referred to as fashion coupons the same thing as level specific (in roman numerals) tokens that you exchange for 'better' gear? I'm level 39 and the tokens are all I've seen so far. There's a novelty vendor in Velika, but he only has fireworks.

While I'm at it, what exactly are these Federation Bills, and how do you obtain them to spend in said shops?

    Fashion coupons are called just that and you exchange them for outfits/costumes, currently some really nice weapon/armour skins.
    The roman numeral ones are rewards for your vanguard quests which can be exchanged for various actual armor/jewellery.

    Do those come about later in the game? I'm now at level 42 (PVE only) and haven't seen anything called a fashion coupon. I might have to Google what monsters qualify as a B.A.M. that yield those coupons.

    Fashion Coupons should drop from most BAMs, but the amount (and maybe even drop rate) is higher depending on what level BAM you kill. Best place to farm them would be Island of Dawn once you reach level 65 but you probably can get them from all BAMs.

    As for Federation Bills, On PC they give you 5 every day through the mail but I'm not sure what EME has plans for it on Consoles. Since they are not being given through the mail (or at least I haven't gotten any yet), it is probably something they haven't added yet. But if they keep it the same as PC, then you would get 5 per day, per account.

    Never mind. I made a new character (now lvl 19) and received a fashion coupon. About 10 Basilisks = 1 coupon, so not super exciting when hundreds are needed. Thanks for the help, though.

    The higher lvl the BAM the more coupons will drop. Lvl 60 BAMS drop 10 at once.

    I think there's some other criteria, possibly unknown to players, that plays a role in coupon drops. My level 45 sorcerer has received none of these coupons, and I fought lots of BAMs.

    its an RNG drop rate. They drop more on Island of dawn cause it's only bams you fight and they drop 10 at a time, everyone farms FCs there...also knocks out your daily stuff at 65

    There's a few lvl 59 BAMs that drop 10 coupons as I've already grinded near on 700 at lvl 65 I'm not sure to be honest if the 65s on island of dawn drops more or not!
