Not sure how to say this any clearer. I spent money because of false advertising, that was changed after I bought the $150 pack.
I just want to get what I was promised when I bought the pack. Daily EMP with Elite and a mount that is claimable more than once.
If a store advertises a buy two, get one free promotion - I expect them to honor it.
Complaining about stuff that has been a part of the game for years won't change it. As mentioned before now, you can always leave and we promise not to miss you.

You recall wrong. Documented changes they made after people purchased due to false advertising.

So for the first point about items being bound to each character and not account, they plainly stated the details for each item (excluding elite status, they were fairly vague with the wording so I assumed from the get-go it would be different from PC) within each pack and how you claim per character. Maybe you kids should learn to click on the items listed in founder packs on website. Now whether or not they included those details on console stores or not I cannot confirm atm. (will check when I get home on Tuesday)
The second thing is a questions and that is why does the reddit link have little to no info to back up its claims? Try coming at me with facts not feelings because that's when I stop caring.
