Xbox bugged quest? "These aren't the weapons..." No scroll to teleport.

In the quest, "these aren't the weapons you are looking for," after getting the 2 "weapons" and destroying 3 or 5 crates, you are supposed to use Talfryn's scroll to teleport to Jesper. The issue is that I don't have said scroll in my inventory.

In addition, one of the youtube videos for this quest shows a different variation (pc?) where it appears you just go to Jesper, however that doesn't work for Xbox.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there something I missed or a workaround?

    I was having the same issue on PS4. Dont know if logging out made a difference, but i just found the scroll in the inventory tab 'alchemy'.

    I accidentally used my scroll before getting the weapons, and now have no way to complete this quest. I finished the part of the lines that shows up later, but now i have "These Aren't the Weapons We're looking For" stuck in my quest log, as you have to actually USE the teleport scroll to get the next quest from Jesper. Very frustrating! Is there any way to get another scroll? Or abandon the quest? I try to decline the quest but it says i cannot. Please help!

    If you hit select and then B to go to quest tracker then hover over that quest it well say (L down) for 'receive again' and give you the scroll quest item, hope that helps, just made that same mistake

    I LITERALLY made an account and logged in JUST to thank you. I was soooo depressed when I goofed and used the scroll first and couldn't talk to Jesper. You, my friend, are a muthuh #*#%^@# hero!!!!!!!

    Hmmm, personally completed that quest on PS4 without using the teleport scroll.
