mouse cursor moving on it's own

Just installed game and launched via steam after not playing for a long time. on the character select screen the mouse cursor moves to the top left of the screen and when I try to move it it goes right back to that spot.

I am running windows 7 64bit pro with 2 monitors and the game runs on the main monitor with the second one to the left of the main.

    Had a similar problem. Just came back today after about a year of being away. Mouse stuck on left side of screen but it would move up and down. Unplugged my joystick and that fixed the issue for me.
