Steadfast Tokens Only Good for Female Costume?

Is the new event only good for female characters? If so, that's not very well thought out. Free stuff is nice but please don't exclude the population of male characters. Surely there is a male costume that can be added to the Steadfast Token Shop.

    This is especially considering the tokens are not bankable so you can't even trade em to your gender locked alt you never play

    I agree. This is the third year in a row they don't make school uniforms for male characters. Fine then, but at least give something for those who play males with the free costume event.

    Seriously though, don't hold your breath for male school uniforms. You'll suffocate. BHS almost always excludes the male characters when designing new things. (Just look at the new classes.) I suggest getting used to it. It will make you feel a little better if you don't expect much. :cry:

    I can live with no new costumes for males. I can even deal with the new classes all being female. These things are out of EME's hands. But, an event with a prize that's only good for female classes, that's not right and it's totally in EME's power to change.

    I don't think we are asking for male uniforms, we are asking for something for male characters that's already in the game, whichever EME finds appropriate if they decide to hear us out.

    I suspect, even still, there'll be decent gold to be made by trading the costumes -- if not right away, then by holding on to it until after these two weeks are over and waiting a bit (since they go away after that). So even if you can't use the costumes directly on your character, there's still some motivation to participate in the event.

    You're right, it's annoying that male players got nothing. However, I can picture EME putting party hats in as a "fix" if they do anything at all. It is always all about the female characters since there apparently isn't enough male characters to matter. It's a shame.

    Why would they add male costumes? 95% of the TERA population play female because it is the most popular choice! not because they have forced female on to use for the last 4 classes no siree bob. So it's a good thing we have more female costumes!!! They'll make more male costumes when more people play male characters when they release classes that aren't genderlocked :D

    Rather than a costume for males that'd sell for little, I'd get the current costume and sell it for as much as other female outfits are selling around. But I'm thinking this up with a business mind. If I had male characters I'd feel pretty bad too.

    If only we could have thin poporis I'd give it a shot at a male character. :p

    Well, from the business point of view you're right, but it feels really not right when you're getting the message 'we do care for you dear player, ahh you're playing a male character? Then no, we don't'.

    @ThePurpleKnightmare Looking at all the nearly-identical female school uniforms released throughout the years, your comment reeks of irony. Besides that, there isn't even ONE male counterpart to them, so the "if you've got one" part of your comment doesn't apply.

    This, in a nutshell, really is why male characters get less cash shop fashion in this game. Most people just don't see male fashion as being all that interesting or diverse, at least not compared to female fashion. It's not really true if you dig deeper and look harder, but yeah.
