It happened again. I found a player that just loves to lose games Kumas Royle games. We won the 1st round easily and then it started. He managed to grab the queen and run straight to the other side and stood there till we lost. Thats when I though okey, he's an idiot and might not know what he has done. 3rd round same thing again. He runs for the other side and we lost within 1 and a half minute.... I FEEL SO [filtered] FRUSTRATED NOW!
I dont care if name calling is allowed or not but I WILL DO IT until he gets banned!

I've spend 100$ so far and I was prepared to spend more but the moment this [filtered] happened a 2nd time and there is actually no way to report him to En Masse Entertainment made me stop spending until I see a solution to the report option.
Those ideas and wishes you voice are discussed endlessly in every pvp game to date. There is no satisfying solution to that which works practically.
Either you can take such misshaps in multiplayer games or this just is not for you.

So basically following and abiding to a report system would be like having children fool around with a system they could neither grasp entirely nor use correctly, even if they wanted to.
In Overwatchleague a professional player even got suspended for false reporting a player in the game. We do not want that, trust me on this.
For as censored as this game is I have seen names that should not be possible and are pretty crude words. it would be nice to be able to report these as violation of TOS.

while i agree that tera has ALOT of issues and this is a major one (especially the no mute option and forced voice chats in dungeons/kumas) i think what you could do to get around this is report him through psn instead of tera, that way you can still get him in trouble for griefing your team. According to the terms of service you have legitimate reason to report him as another playstation player. Enmasse doesn't really care about its customers so you might aswell go around them to get justice. Use reddit and psn.

This is the appropriate answer to the question.
The in-game report option on PC has never worked very well (doesn't work across servers), and this is no doubt why they didn't add it on console. Instead, you should file a support ticket with the appropriate evidence (date/time, server, situation, photo/video evidence, etc.).
