Help to item lvl 410

So I've finally hit max level and I've been progressing the end game content. Currently I have the Slaughter Set +9, and the Shadowgate/Veinshadow accessory set and a Flawless Keen Brooch. This all puts me at item lvl 403.
So my question is, is my only option of progression to masterwork the slaughter gear to +12 to get item level 410?

    Yes, and masterworking slaughter should be easy as it is the low-tier gear this patch.
    Mine masterworked from 1-5 Master Enigmatic Scrolls max.
    Please pay attention to your rolls as well as this will be your gear for at least a few weeks until you gather mats and base for the Guile gear.
    And having correct rolls is essential for you to deal damage as a dps or tank.

    What I usually do is, not using any Spellbind for gloves and shoes because there is not many possibilities, so the chance to get full correct rolls is high.
    For armor and weapon if you get the desired top roll, then you should start using spellbind and lock that one line and any additional necessary that you get and roll until you have all 4 yellow.

    [PS4] Well that made zero sense. We are new players here, come on! From what I gather is we need to upgrade our gear to mastercraft 401? 403's, yet the target is 410 average, ugh.

    I did notice that the intercede? gem/token that drops from the celestial arena has max 409/10 gear. It is a bump higher than what we get from dungeons. But the cost is like 100-250, and you get very little each run.

    It was really fast getting to 403, but.. idk, all i can do is shake my head. Maybe there is some crafted gear?

    Ok, figured it out.

    Pay attention to personal extensive/rare alkahest. Not sure where I got them, probably form endgame 65+ quest or loot from those packages, gifts. idk to be honest, but spent about 190 of em getting all gear to +12.

    Masterworks alkahest can be used but is very expensive on auction, can also be bought from vanguard vendor, tab over with R1.

    But then I I got stuck at 409, to fix this reset your lows to at least a ilvl 397. The enchantment reset function, dont worry you shouldn't lose your masterwork rating.
