Not recieving steadfast tokens?

I'm not sure if its just me, but I've been logged into the same character for more than long enough and haven't gotten any steadfast tokens.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Not sure if it is related but I also didn't get the test1 test2 test3 mail that most other people online at the time had gotten.

    Did you log out of your character at all?
    I re-logged on my character and had to wait a full hour to get my last token whereas if I didn't re-log I probably could've gotten it in 15 mins :/

    No i haven't. My little clock thing says I've been logged in continuously for a little over 2 hours now.

    There does seem to be an issue with it, as I got one token later than the hour.

    That could have been because of the daily reset, though. It would restart the clock at 5pm PDT.

    I factored that in, and both took slightly over an hour.
