How are people leveling fast?

I'm level 48, and this took a week. I'm seeing people saying they are leveling within 8 hours, I would like to know how it is done, so far I've just been doing the level 40 dungeon

You can get to level 60 in a day with maybe 10-12 hours of play if you're running an elite status on your account. Just doing story and dungeon you'll out level any zone you're in pretty quick.
