I feel CHEATED by En Masse - Are you feeling the same way?
Hey guys, I usually do not do this but I am so over with corporate scams lately... To the point:
I bought the Deluxe founder's pack, which costs like a full price AAA title on which I gotta work about 2.5 days...
The main point of buying the more expensive one was, of course, the Elite Status.
Week gone and I still do not have my elite status, I have written 3 tickets in total. For the latest response I had to wait 5 days and you know what? It goes like this quote:

In previous message they let me know that the issue should have been resolved, it was not so I filed yet another ticket and now they are asking whether it's still occuring or not and I will HAVE to wait another 5 days?
Let's look at it from the business perspective since En Masse is treating US player as simple walking cash bags with all founders packs, "season passes" and extra paid stuff.
By not having my elite status I've lost a tremendous amount of my personal time - had to look andwaste time walking instead of using the teleport
Did not have the extra exp - time wasted
Each day EMP should be given - NADA
Each day elite gift box is given - NADA
I am super pissed because I paid a lot and practically received a mount - which is useless for me. ELITE status is why I bought the thing in the first place.
This post might be deleted so Ill make a screenshot and try to go over the public so everybody knows how scammy En Masse is.
I will not leave this matter, I expect having at least half of my cash refunded. ON TOP OF ALL, only after launch I had to agree to theterms and conditions not, during the first week of playing so I believe it is also a scam from law perspective, wanna know what you guys think or do any of ya having the same issues with En Masse?

So anyway, I understand why you're so mad about it, but just follow-up with them and it will get figured out. Once Elite applies to your account, I'm pretty sure it will start then, and not be back-dated to whenever you bought it; if not they can fix that too, I'm sure.
(And, FWIW, just to clarify that Elite does not give you a daily allotment of EMP. On PC it does, but on console it does not.)
All of the Elite stuff is red in the tab, tells me to go and activate it on the Tera store, which is impossible.
Counterpoint:
I am aware of this, however having paid real money I expect to get things delivered - as many of us I am an adult who is working on daily basis, which means I do not have all the time in the world to enjoy the grind. Having elite status for full 30 days does not meet my expectations and does not take already spent time back.
Corporations take our money with open hands but the issue arises when it comes to fulfilling the transaction.
When you go to the store and pay for a chocolate, you expect to get it right away, not after a week.
I can at least assure you that there's nothing they would have liked more than for you to have received the product that you bought right away too, because that would have meant a happy customer, one less angry forum thread, and one less support ticket to go through in their virtual mountain. It's not like they don't already know full-well how much all these problems suck, and at this point (regardless of what they should have done differently in hindsight) there's nothing they can do but try to work through each problem one-by-one.
So anyway, again, I understand why you're mad and it's not unreasonable, but just work it through and it'll work out in the end. Maybe they can give you some extra time or something to make up for your trouble (to whatever limited extent it can be made up for).

Well, news flash mate. Not everyone in this world earns equally the same. Some people might come from well... poorer countries and gotta work hard if they want to make the buck.
Not 50, but 260 Polish currency - lowest pay/hour is 12 per hour you work 8h a day, do the math.

Instead they chose to rush the game and cashgrab the poor innocent people.
Like I said, when we're paying everything is fine but when En Masse got to do something - please be patient my dear customer. I wouldn't have anything against them if only I hadn't paid real money.
