My brother and I want to play together but the game won’t let us. Every time I try to add him to my group it says invalid target. We are on the same server but I can’t see him.

    You have to be in the same zone and the same channel.

    For instance your in velika and you are in channel 3 and he is in channel 1, for you to inv him he has to come to the channel u are in (3) then meet up and inv.

    Yes the inv system is quite odd in this game.

    Not only that, but it seems you can't be too far away from each other, either. As in, one can't be in Allamanthia and the other in Cutthroat Harbor. It may be a bug or something minor, but I have experienced numerous issues with trying to invite someone that was also too distance and not just on a different channel.
