PS4 NA Most Populated PVE server so far? Dracoloth?

Hey. I'm currently on the Hydrath server in the NA region. It's kinda hard finding some people to play with especially during instances. So far I've read that the Dracoloth server is the most populated PVE server, can anyone confirm this? I was thinking of transferring there if so.

Game has only been up about a week, I'd give it some time. I play on Thulsa, and it seems pretty busy - but I solo until I hit 60-65 anyway. If you are still leveling up, people level so quick and the window to match instance for dungeons is so short, it can be hard to find groups below endgame. By the time I reach a dungeon in my story quest, I'm leveled so far I can't use instance match, so I just solo it or grab a priest and go (my main is a lancer). Also note, if you are playing a damage dealer, it's way, way harder to find dungeon groups. Tanks and Healers have the best luck. My advice (from playing on PC for years then moving to PS4) is main a tank or healer, then use that character to gear your 'fun' damage dealer later.

  • Thank you Nefrai and TLW5R4TCAL. I'm a priest main, and thank you for the tip. I'm having a hard time soloing since priests have awful damage late in the game, I'm 40-ish in right now. I enjoy instances since I feel useful there and I wanna try every one of them to experience what the game can offer in that sense. Anyways thank you again, have a good day.
  • Just a further note on this - last night, I was just trying to get into Lok, the first dungeon on my noob Brawler, and there were 8 channels of people in that area, the first 5 channels listed as "high"...I still couldn't get into an instance group. Twice, it popped up like there was a group...then nothing. I'm not sure if something is wrong with the party queue or what, but since a Brawler is both considered a tank and a DD, it would have had a good chance getting in. And yeah, as a Priest, you would have much higher priority to get a group of all the damage dealers - Priests usually get snapped up quickly, back when I played this on PC. You may also want to hit area chat with "priest LFG for (dungeon)", you should get people sending you invites.
  • Oh man, that's a nice info. Thank you. Never thought of using the chat for finding people. I got used to people not using the chat much in Hydrath that the idea never crossed my mind lol.
  • I hope it helps! I'm still used to PC Tera, where people are a lot more chatty (since it's keyboards). I'm hoping people on PS4 see those LFG messages too.
