Character Stuck in Single Dungeon (Arena) (PS4)

Hi guys,

theres a real bad [filtered] bug in the game.

Im stucking in the Arena (65) single player dungeon, after a bluescreen. Im dead and can not use the main menu and even there is no resurrect dialog at all. So im unable to play with my Character "Affenzirkus" on Maligos. (PS4)

I wrote a support Ticket, but if an admin is reading this and he is able to unstuck me or something - please help me.

At all other guys who just reading: Take always a self-resurrection-scroll with you!

    I've been stuck dead after I died during a quest.. been dead for about 3 days now. I submitted but still no response.

    If you have this problem try:

    1) Typing /reset in chat to reset the instance
    2) Once back in the open world, see if any healers can revive you (call out to them in chat).
    3) If they can't heal you, wait online 30 minutes, and it should timeout and allow you to revive.

    There might be some cases where this doesn't work, but this seems to work for the majority of cases.

    I got disconnected from the server during the Celestial Arena and now I'm perma dead also. *sigh* there goes one run for my daily.
