    If you have this problem, try the workaround in this thread; it's worked for most people.

    Unable to Revive

    1) If you are in a solo instance, type /reset in chat to reset the instance.
    2) Once back in the open world, see if any healers can revive you (call out to them in chat).
    3) If they can't revive you, wait online on that character for 30 minutes, and it should timeout and allow you to revive.
