    Was happening all night for me on TR. Multiple dungeons, messages showed up in the center of the screen and in the chat window.

    Definitely showed up in AV last night. Can confirm multiple people were going through this issue as well and was annoying to deal with when we were inside dungeons.

    Another from CH here--noticed it (approx) every minute in dungeons, kept thinking my buffs were expiring, but they weren't.

    Very confusing.
