How to get 9000k experience item points with normal gear

Hi, i were wondering if there is a more efficent guide or way to get enough item experience for awakening if you only have mid tier gear and no super gears ?.
Normal dugens is too low, and battlegrounds is 80 % to lose every 7 of 9 matches and 30% to win. Still being too low item xp for the invested time.

    Uy thats to much xd no is only 9000 points ,9000k to reach frosmetal per 40000k gold guess we need level 439 to made new skills avaliables.

    guardian give 1.2k for 40 boxes, even if you do only mid iod quests besides that, it'a easy to reach 2k a day even in twist.

    Try the Teraliths from IOD with Slaying Niveot Crystal + Back crit Crystals. I have farmed there on my lowbie priest and it was pretty decent gear XP ( it will be even better with the event to come ).

    The thing is that guardians fast for those who have gear already. Low and mid tier imo aren't that fast.
    I'd set ques for fast dungs and guardians while waiting.
    Also we will have an event soon.

    What i do is to farm IoD bams, If you are a gunner forget it, that sucks... unless you love the class, but killing T3 IoD bams as a gunner sucks [filtered].
    If you can't do T3 Bams, try with T2 Teraliths, they are [filtered] and fast to burn. It's faster if you are use slaying crystal and bravery/canephora

    Another way is to farm RG (or any low/mid tier dgn) with skilled people (better if they are your friends/guildies) because IMS sucks most of the times.

    If you are a priest/mystic, just guardian thing, roll your weapon with dps rolls/crystals and there you go...

    Cool thanks, for the advices , guess the fastest way to frostmetal are guardian mision and mid tier bams in the island. Also the slaying crystals
