Server disconnects

Randomly get kicked from server and can't reconnect. Checked if friends have been having similar issues, and a number of them do. They get kicked from the server due to server disconnect messages, and can't reconnect. Nothing is wrong with my internet, as everything else is connected to it fine. Xbox is connected to it fine, but even restarted the Xbox in case it was the connection. Nothing worked. So figuring it's server-side.

Message is as follows: "Can't connect to server. Please contact Customer Support at support.enmass.com/Tera for further assistance"
And it appears right on the server select screen.

    it seems they are having server issues, probably won't be fixed for a while since probably no one in the office
