Not receiving emp on PS4

I purchased 12k emp after the server check on april 5th. I play on nyxarras

It's now april 9th and i still do not have my EMP, and they had a server check last night.

Enmasse has made zero effort in responding to my ticket..

What are my options? Im so frustrated why this is happening to me.. noone else seems to be going through this..

    Luckily PS Store support refunded my money. I've spent 500$ in the last week, and i will never purchase EMP again.

    Man same thing happening to me!!! I payed for 1000k emp 8days ago still nottin!! Even payed for that dragon egg bs!! 60 to 80$ an it says every tuesday of 1st month get exclusive items!!! Man how bout spend yur $$$ and dobt get nottin!!!!!!! Its really sad
