why is server select so screwed up?

i mean come on thats the most important part of getting into the game half the time when open the game it takes me to a server i have never played on when change server half the time hit x and does nothing for last 40 min have't been able to get past server select list comes up but does nothing 1 time it took me into right server after restarting client 5 times but can't get into my server

    This is a known issue they are working on. when hitting x wont select the server I found closing the game completly and then relaunching it fixes the issue.

    been doing that ususly works but this time nothing tried over 20 times no roommate as well server was fine then got message that game disconnected now neither of us can get in starting to think servers are down but no way to confirm it

    Saw that, but nothing more. You would think that a game this new to console there would be continued undated and contact from Devs.

    I expect no contact from the devs BHS I do expect contact from Enmasse as they are the producer and should be running the community info, but they do have a spot open to hire a community manager. So I assume they just don't have the people.

    BHS(the devs) should be focusing on fixing the issues not having to do that and respond to us.
