    How it worked for me is I reset the dungeon first and then when I re-entered the dungeon using the teleporter I think I started tapping the X button either before or after the loading screen; I continued to tap the X button until the message at the bottom right remained and then I held down options button to get the game to properly reset the instance.

    But yeah, that flashing message that appears quickly at the bottom right and goes away is what people need in order to be able to fix this glitch, I hope a real fix comes out soon.

    Ok will try that again else it is probably waiting for several days until support does something to help out.

    There no guarantee way of getting out of the glitch.

    Thank for all the tips but it does not seem to work for me so far sadly.

    And these support tickets are taking ages...

    Edit: It seems i got a response from the support ticket and told me he reset the quest but still im stuck with the girl and no spawning adds :/

    I am having the exact same problem, quit game after passing thru force field area, reloaded game, now stuck behind the forcefield and no way to advance.
    I am playing on PS4, i tried using the unstuck feature, but that just put me back in the same spot, and still stuck.

    I just give up and made an Elin priest instead of the high elf, basically the main point was the new maid outfits where only for Elin that decide me to give up too. Should not be surprised about it but was a bummer since the High elf had the hair (kinda) of Rem from Re:zero. Either way support did replied after about 2 days so i guess that is ok considering the many reports they would receive on launch on the console.

    The solutions do seem to work if you really lucky on PS4 as i have seen from others and as reports shows I know it should work on Xbox1. But until they have fixed the UI issues then I suggest no one logs out during at least the tutorial quests and especial this part.

    If you have range, this seems to work every single time. Make sure to do the reset instance first and after going back in, follow my video

    Thanks for the vid! that i did not think of pulling them like that. Anyway I will remember this if it should happen somehow if i get stuck on this quest again :)

    Lol, I also have a toon stuck in this same point, trapped. I've sent in a ticket, guess what? Two days and no response at all. Not liking the service from these Devs.
