Leveled a mystic and hit lvl 60,my thoughts about it.
Ok so i have two chars, my mystic main and a warrior lvl 42 alt, two human males. I decided to create a mystic cus tryed first till lvl 32 and i was totally enchanted by the class,can buff, heal , do damage and tank with the summon, and the idea of be a dark mage attracts me,can manage dark and white magic. Also i like the outfit of the humans of robes. After hit lvl 60 with the mystic, i decided to create a fighter class (say it physical) and created a warrior till now lvl 42, the damage is ok, but i miss my mystic. So i realized that i prefer to do a little of any role,rather than do only damage,also i like to support partyes healing. So, now i finished the three towers quest and on the road to hit lvl 65.
Why i say those things? Easy, few threads ago, i write about which dps class is the best for solo, i end picking the warrior cus it remembers me the gladiator of Lineage 2. I try it after lvl 42,my actual lvl with the warrior,but i say it, TRY.
So,with that,i need to say that the warrior is not my main. My main is the mystic and i should be remembered in this forum as "the guy of the mystic" rather than "the guy who play a dps class"
I main mystic cus atm is the only class i did the golden labirynth solo in normal mode at lvl 50. It took me much time,but that proves that mystics are self dependant in PvE and also can support the party in group.
So sthap complaining about me cus i care less or nothing about other classes than my mystic. The warrior is a test. I deserve my second char slot for the release of the human male brawler. But my mystic will be my main always.

Triple nemesis with glyph of enfeeblement on Priest = Volley of Curses with the glyph of enfeeblement AND Contagion on Mystic
Aura of the Merciless + Aura of the Tenacious on Mystic = Energy Stars, Blessing of Shakan on Priest
Blessing of Balder on Priest = Thrall of Protection with the party wide endurance glyph on Mystic
Mana Charge on Priest = Corruption Ring on Mystic
Priests have a larger variety of heals but mystic heals heal stronger so they even out at endgame.
At endgame, especially in IMS, MYSTICS ARE NOT A HYBRID DPS IN ANY WAY. They're a pure healing class and they let the party focus on dps as much as priests do, with the exception of Kaia that lets you tank some things and mystics lack that, contrary to what @zshadowWolfz said.
In LFG and guild groups if you really wish you can try out mystic dps but at the patch console is at right now, mystic dps isn't that good and it never will be (until awakening maybe which is long way ahead for console). You can try out some funny team compositions (brawler dps with a good lancer tank, mystic dps etc) but these things are really rare and 99% of people play mystic as a pure healer. Sure you can throw your Thrall of Wrath/Vengance but if you're not geared as a dps they won't do significant damage and all they will cause are fps issues in the end heh
