I can not pick the cerulean gem, still if i activate the relic. Fix it please.

    same issue as well unable to pick up the quest item, not even auto loot pets can either

    Yes, this. I was hoping it would be on their main list, since it's a fully broken quest. I have a support ticket for it open as well.

    this happens to me aswell, i activate the relic and as soon as the gem drops it says i cant pick it up. I've tried resetting the place but it doesent work.

    Yeah, nothing makes it work. Reset dungeon, restart game, tried resetting from in the dungeon, outside of it, and I can't delete the quest to try again, since story quests can't be deleted. I have a teleport saved for that portal, and every so often I go back and try it again...no luck so far.

    Worked for me just last night. The gem dropped half inside the relic. Good luck.

    Ok, idk if this works for anyone else but i got it working by letting mobs kill me inside dungeon then resurrect myself and then restarted instances.

    My alt warrior char can pick the gem, ended the quest, but my main mystic char,can not. What a shet.
