missing blue halo/party hat
Hello,
Basically as the title says i haven't received my blue halo from the beta2 run or the party hat from “the hunt”. I already see alot of players have listed the party hat and blue halo in the broker for sale. Im just wondering if i will ever get mine? Some people say they haven't-gotten theirs whilst others say it should be in my item claim. (Which it’s not) so i was told on discord by a mod to post here to get everything situated.

we didn't earn the party hat as tera needed 5k viewers total on twitch as we did not make it as pretty sure ppl were too busy playing the game itself than to watch streams of the game

Ok I understand the party hat in that case. But i was active during the entire duration of the tera release. And didn’t get my halo?
