End game design is good!
I just wanted to leave a positive note.
I have played the game near launch on PC (europe), and the end-game was depressing. Yes, we had higher difficulty outright, but the end game was a couple of dungeons and a 30 man raid that was a slideshow. You needed to do these over and over to get weapons of the same tier as yours as fodder for the enchanting system to fail over and over. It felt awful, like a carrot on a stick you are never meant to get.
Aside from that, i enjoyed playing and the people i met.
I have given the game another chance on console (even on PC i used to play with the gamepad). I have reached 65 a few days ago and have been exploring the end-game. It is vastly superior!
The enchanting no longer requires specific fodder, but feedstock. So, you are not dependent on specific rare drops.
Theres 3 modes of solo content, dungeons and pvp. Theres vanguard missions that reward you for doing the various kinds of content. For example, you can farm BAMs for coupons AND get some gold and other rewards for it if it's a vanguard mission. You can just do those everyday and the grind will be easier and more rewarding.
The enchanting now appears to have much better sucess rates and increases chance upon failure, so your work doesn't feel wasted like before, even upon failure. The game's story quest takes you through all these content types educating you on how this all works. Masterwork and rerolling stats are natural progressions wich get progressively harder and makes sense.
Heck, even the storytelling on northern arun was better than the vanilla stuff.
In short, i like this. Honestly, the game feels enjoyable and i want to keep playing.
And now comes the "but". But, the performance needs improving most of all (i have sugested a performance mode 720p, for example until performance optimisation can be done), the text chat system needs improvement aswell. It's too short and passes by fast. General needs to not have system prompts, and a guild tab should be added.
The voice chat system needs to be disabled for non-friends/guild members. No one wants to hear a stranger swear like a maniac.
Those are the main issues i think are in need of fixing so we can continue to enjoy this game. They are higher priority than any bug fix or new content. Vital for player retention.
Do that, and we can all engage in a long lasting happy relationship.

The performance... well i must say i had it very rare yet, maybe it´s because i play on lowest settings on everything, i don´t know. Sure there are still fps drops here and there but they are not so bad for me anymore and on PC it runs way worse for me xd
The lag spikes are also almost nonexistent for me, but tbh i have a really good connection. I had some here and there but it was so less that i can´t remember anymore anyway when it was.
Velika and Highwatch are the only places having huge freezes sometimes, but they really happen only sometimes and then it runs decent again after loading most characters near you.
