I died to dakuryon right before I could kill him now nothing respawns the hole mini dungeons is completely empty but it still wants me to kill him and i cant cause even npc arnt there

    this happened for me with another quest, The Goddess of War (i think) i died, and respawn outside instance, and Kaia is nowhere to be found, and it just says protect Kaia, as the quest is still active, but i can't enter instance without talking to Kaia.
    Since it's Main Story, i can't cancel and restart the quest either.
    Restarting game and PS4 didn't help.
    So this is probably a bug that affect all instanced quests.

    Same thing happening with me. I killed him but my character was doing an induction when the cut scene started. After the cut scene I was unable to move or use any abilities. I used /reset figuring worst case would be doing the instance over again which only takes a few minutes. Now the NPC im supposed to talk to is gone. A fix would be nice.

    Same for me. Finished the fight but somehow died during the cut scene now I cant talk to the guy to finish the quest because the instance is empty and hes not there even though the red ? is on the map.

    I have the same bug with killing Dakuryon.
