So on felbane for hours upon hours there are people spamming global chat with a website to go to for emp sales. Now is this against the rules and can it be reported?. Also is there a way to mute them in game.

    Chat options seem extremely limited right now. Only way I know of is to actually block the PSN profile associated with the account as I dont think there is an ingame feature for blocking atm. Had an issue with this on Thulsa a few days ago but seems to have stopped for the most part.

    If you go into the chat module and press a button to show you your options, one of those options will let you select a name in the chat text and you can select block. Now, that will open up the block function of the console, but at least you wont have to manually search for that ID.
