Hello I died and now I can not resurrect ...is a joke ..... man is buying founder pack to help the game and what gets ... a buggg, thanks to which I can not even play ... I died in the location and now the OPTIONS button does not work, nothing not working... I can only write on the chat and look at the map that's all .... great man has an elite status ... days flying and I even can't play ...... is there anyone who deals with problems in the game and can resurrect me ....
  pvp server Zyrnaxis, PS4, nickname: Drajan, .... sorry, but I'm not smiling, for the next days i lose elite status because someone can not handle error....

    Had this happen to a friend, he was in an instance, got blue screen error logged back in to find himself dead.. he had to type in chat /reset, which then teleported him out of the instance, then you wait the 30minutes for the auto resurrect timer to expire. its ridiculous i know. but hope it helps.

    This is a know error. please read the https://forums.enmasse.com/tera/discussion/23771/known-issues-april-4th-2018#latest

    Please also note that patches for console games have to be certified by sony and MS for each console brand before they can be pushed out. this can take time. patches will not be as fast as on pc due to this reason

    A way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the game. It sucks, and takes time I know but it's better than waiting for someone to revive you.

    I would say just ask in chat. People are always willing to help. Literally everyone goes on. "Operation saving private "insert player name". Its kinda nice to see the community come together and being nice to revive one person. :)

    Tried to Rez someone last night by the maze. They may have been afk as they did nothing. I shot the dead body with arrows and then sat down and poked it for a bit. Think he was really dead.

    ran into this issues on my 40+ warriors i'm dead at the main city by the flight person have been for like 4 days. i know the patches take time but this needs to be addressed ASAP.
