Get to 65, get the quest to go to IoD, kill bams, get dreadnaught, enchant it, run Demokron Factory for slaughter gear.

For starters, follow your level 65 red quest markers on your journal. They give quests that earn you gear. First Idoneal, then Dreadnaught, lastly Slaughter gear. But at least for the Slaughter gear quest, Demokron Factory, make sure you enchant all your Dreadnaught gear. That dungeon is not newbie friendly. Also the last quest doesn't give you a full set of Slaughter gear. You will have to farm it from Island of Dawn tokens or from Demokron factory itself.

You don't even need idoneal for IoD bams, I killed them on my ninja with the lv64 gear and avatar weapon.

You are either more skilled or a veteran. Remember true newbies will need as much protection as they can carry. I always try to think with the mind of a newbie when giving advice to one. :) Plus all you have to do for Idoneal is to talk to one NPC and that's it.
