Missing Extra Character Slot (Founder's Pack)

I bought the $59.99 Founder's Pack and see all the stuff for it in my Item Claim except the Extra Character Slot. I checked my inventory also and know if I did get it I'd have to click it in Item Claim and then again in my inventory to actually get the slot, but I never got it in the first place! Thanks for any help!

    Make a ticket. Should have been in item claim. Sometimes they get back to you same day sometimes a week. Good luck.
