PSN Trophies Not Received Bug

I and a few other players are having proplems in receive the PSN trophies when we complete the requirements to do them, for example, when we reach levels 60 and 65 we are not winning the trophies, and the same happens when we complete some Dungeons in the game . This error is preventing me from getting the platinum trophy of the game, is it possible for this error to be corrected so that the trophies are unlocked?
