Hey I just saw a post regarding PS4 pro skipping and lagging issues. I have a fix for you all. Well this worked for me and hopefully this works for you. Turn off Boost mode in PS4 settings. This will help your game run smoother. It made dungeons more playable for me and all around the game runs smoother. Give it a try let me know if it helps you too.

    Just putting it out there so PS4 Pro users won't think that this will remove the performance issues they are encountering.

    For me it was the other way around! I hadn't activated Boost Mode, but after I did it felt the game runs smoother. But can be a "Placebo"-Effect :D

    Well for me it affected dungeons. Running with a reaper was painful. But after I turned off boost mode it helped. Maybe I’m crazy and it didn’t help at all. But I noticed it doesn’t slow down nearly as much and there isn’t so much pop in any more.
