[PS4] EMP purchase/not reciving an EMP
Hey peeps!
I’ve seen abit here about the EMP trouble. It have almost gone a week for me and no one have answered my tickets. Anyone heard whats going on? Will i get a refund or will i get the EMP?
Also, on my phone it says that tera.enmasse.com isn’t a secured website. I can see much of the HTML on the ticket form and all the Buttons/links.. like:
[cs_my_tickets_btn] etc...

Enmasse should be alittle bit more professional and make a more specifik statment about the trouble and the reasons why they aren’t responding to tickets.
I really wanna know how they are planing to resolve this..
It have gone almost a week now (for me atleast, not sure when this trouble started)
