Sigh. I wonder, you played old Kumasylum and Old CS now.
1. Sometimes I do most damage on Enemy Mama. And, our all baby kuma had done well. Still, our Mama got some servere lag spike or total noob, then we lose. Kuma Royal depends on Mama Kuma too much. If enemy mama is good, but, our mama kuma is bad. then it's almost no chance. Why do you think, you are only pro and others are all noob. There are many good baby kumas who know how to deal on Mama.
3. CS was better before. CS had problem, since after Pre-matching. We didn't have much problem with 5 men or 2 men premade party. The main problem was newbie team VS 10~20 prematching team.
2nd 3 - EME has changed CS players basic gear to Dread from old gears. Dread gear was too OP for CS Gate. it wasn't about performance of the team. But, simply, the Gear was OP for the gate. Later, EME staff, increased some of CS gate HP. But still it's not enough.
- It used to be 2-1-2 for inner defense. Then, as you mentioned about OP clsss and Lancer's Guardian shout buff patch, it became 3-1-3 inner.

- 160 KS is way too pricy for Lady's handkerchief. It should be BC. Still, it takes much longer time getting Lady's from BG than doing RMHM.
Pvp isn't fully 'skill' based your ping and class has an impact on what you do (and gear when ever it's not equalized). There were also constant complaints about "noobs" in fwc before anyways, Kumas literally did nothing to change that. It was the same in pve, people complained people suck, but had no excuses, then came Reaper, and it was all Reapers fault, then leveling became quicker and that was blamed instead.
The same will be true for making leveling "harder". They'll just be carried by people who level alts, like they do now, and not know anything. Unless there was a way to force new players from not being matched with alts and having them actually fail runs consistently they aren't going to learn, and even then, they would most likely just quit the game like they did back then. There's also the issue of skills needing to be learned earlier for some classes, such as Warrior, they're focused around edge and Scythe, and it's not learned until 60 or so. Same for Mystic with Boomerang, etc. A bit difficult to learn your class when it changes in play style at level 60+. Attackspeed before level 65 also should probably be increased to match the attack speed at level 65 with no additional attack speed rolls (attack speed from gloves and +12 weapon), which can be added into avatar weapons.

to sum up. ITS PVP. USE YOUR BRAIN. EVEN HIGH PING KUMAS CAN USE INTUITION TO IFRAME 1S EARLIER THAN THE STUN. WITH THE DELAY AND UR GOOD INTUITION IT WILL STILL IFRAME THE MAMA'S STUN
1) Kumas is not real pvp no matter what people say it is, and it has next to zero ability to teach you how to play your class.
2) High ping or not Kumas have clipping errors where you can get hit even though on the screen you are not visually hit (not just oversized laser)
3) EME did not put this as part of the main storyquest, BHS did and EME can't remove it. And to be dead honest I don't know why it is even a main story quest but lol.
I think someone should just lock this thread
1) You play against other players or NPCs/Server controlled monsters? Players right? PVP. Player versus Player. Same for Iron. Online Chess when playing against your friend is PVP. It's not a matter of opinion but definition.
Absolutely everything in TERA has zero ability to teach you how to play your class. This can even be extended to playerbase if we may. Dungeons don't teach your class, PVP doesn't teach your class, not even in-game tutorials teach your class.
2) Yes, Kumas has desyncs independent of the ping. It just fluctuates in reaction time wildly for no reason and the hitboxes are a mess. It's a bug hell but I like it. Sadly we all know how BHS cares about stuff.
3) Yes, same problem with Kumasylum, Iron and CS back when they also had those quests. I think BHS just chooses between red or yellow quests at random or based on rewards. Higher rewards: "Let's throw red there, nobody cares about story".
And ye it was a dumb QQ thread to begin with, necroed with more QQ crap, but well...
